Q. Are the prices listed accurate and are there any hidden fees?
A: The prices listed on our website are accurate and they do not include any hidden charges.
 
Q. Are your phones locked to any network or telco company?
A: Phones sold in Singapore are to be factory unlocked,by the ruling of Information and Development Authority of Singapore.
 
Q. What is the difference between local (Singapore) and parallel-import (International) sets?
A: Local sets are phones that come directly from Singapore based mobile phones distributors. They come with a 1 year warranty coverage locally from their manufacturer. 
 
Mobile phones generally do not come with international warranty unless otherwise stated. 

Q. How long does local singapore delivery take?
A: Local deliveries takes only 1-5 hours to get to customers doorstep.
 
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. International shipping options are available at the checkout option.

Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
A: For purchase from Singapore, the following methods of payment are available: 
1) POSB/DBS bank transfer (contact us if you wish to opt for this method);

A: Yes we offer a 20days return policy for factory damaged sets of which you can opt for a refund or exchange with another set.
